WATCH: Lucky Portugal, here’s the incredible slip that gave them victory

Portugal got an important 3-2 win against Ghana in their Group H opener and moved up to the top spot after a goalless draw behind Uruguay and South Korea.

A hard-fought victory for the Portuguese, achieved thanks to goals from Cristiano Ronaldo, Joao Felix and Rafael Leao, but also thanks to a blunder made by Ghana star Inaki Williams at the end of the match.

In fact, in the last minute, the attacker hid behind goalkeeper Costa, who did not notice and put the ball in play. The 28-year-old went behind him and took the ball, but slipped when he was supposed to score.

An incredible moment that is doing the rounds on social media and is expected to be remembered for a long time, especially if Portugal and CR7 have a long way to go at the World Cup.
