Spain are the top team in Group E of the Qatar World Cup with four points and in the third and final group game they will play against Japan, while the second pair consists of Germany and Costa Rica.

On the eve of the closing of the group stage, the star of the Spanish national team, Dani Olmo, gave an interview to Marca. Although the group stage is not over yet, the journalist asked Olmi who he sees in the World Cup final.

“Spain defeats Croatia in the final”, replied the 24-year-old from Leipzig, where he was transferred after six years to Dinamo Zagreb. “Just as we wanted to beat Costa Rica and Germany, we also want to beat Japan. We will not count. The goal is 1/8”, added Olmo.

“Nobody likes to play against Spain. We always play to win,” Olmo continued to Marca. Olmo has played over 180 minutes in the World Cup scoring and providing an assist.
